At Charis Neurology, our name reflects who we are. Charis (khar'-ece) means grace, kindness, and goodwill, and those values shape every interaction, every decision, and every moment of care in our Lake Mary clinic.

Board-certified neurologist & fellowship-trained neuro-oncologist
Dr. Sherif Makar is a board-certified neurologist who completed his neuro-oncology fellowship at Stanford and is UCNS-certified in neuro-oncology. That training lets us care for complex brain and spine tumors and neuro-immunological conditions here in Lake Mary, alongside routine care such as migraine treatment.
